sound issues and firm bed

firm mattress overwhelming noise

I enjoyed my stay, but some things bothered me. The mattress was VERY firm. It wasn't to my liking. A bigger issue was the noise from the basement bar. There was a jazz band two of the nights, and the sound traveled upwards. I could hear it clearly in my room, disrupting my sleep.

The room was spacious with powerful air conditioning. I used the 24-hour desk, and the staff helped me. The hotel is close to the city center. Noise and bustle are absent.

The breakfast had limited choices, and freshness could improve. The options felt not so varied.

The reception provides excelent service. They make an effort to satisfy needs in advance. The staff are patient and also helpful at the reception. I would describe it as very attentive and always available.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

modern design complimentary netflix

The big-screen smart TV with complimentary Netflix definitely enhanced my experience. The sleek room design felt modern, as did the renovated bathroom. The hairdryer in the bathroom was particularly useful , as I had forgotten mine. The hotel is close to the metro station.

The air conditioning only had two settings , hot and hotter. There was no option to cool the room down.

The breakfast offered a good selection , with fresh and tasty options available each morning. The coffee machine provided excellent coffee , a great way to start the day. Choice was a little limited , but acceptable.

The hotel staff were good and very friendly , always ready to assist with a smile. attending to every request promptly and efficiently. This service was appreciated.
